An Oklahoma City townhome formerly owned by NBA star Kevin Durant is on the market once more, but the price will surprise you.

This three-story, custom townhome in the historic Deep Deuce neighborhood was designed by Durant during his time with the Oklahoma City Thunder has been listed on Redfin with a starting price of only $35. Yes, you read that right.

Ieasha Larkpor, managing broker for Thunder Team Realty, said the current homeowners didn’t want to put an asking price on the home — instead, they want interested buyers to get with their real estate agent and prepare their own offer for the home.

Pre-approved buyers can schedule a tour of the home, and an open house will be held every Sunday each week until it sells, Larkpor said.

Here’s what to know about the home.

Inside the nearly 4,000 square-foot home, you’ll find a basement-level two-car garage with a private elevator that goes to all three floors of the townhome.

The home has two kitchens, four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Durant purchased the home in 2013 and converted it and the neighboring townhome into a single home.

The homes have since been separated and sold separately, with a kitchen being added back into the 420 townhome along with other modifications required after Durant’s renovations.
